Proud to be Woman: A Visual Identity for Strength, Voice, and Collective Power
A story of voice and presence
I was invited to develop the visual identity for Proud to be Woman, a platform and community built around sharing and amplifying women’s voices. The project began from the ground up, involving early-stage meetings and ongoing collaboration with the client to define the purpose, tone, and direction of the brand. The process focused on translating personal stories and lived experiences into a visual language that feels grounded, expressive, and human. Through iterative discussions and concept development, the identity evolved into a system that balances strength and openness, allowing the brand to hold both emotional depth and clarity. Using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, I developed the visual identity from initial exploration through to final execution, shaping typography, colour direction, and graphic elements. The outcome creates space for connection, visibility, and shared experience, reflecting the core values of the platform while establishing a cohesive and adaptable identity system.
